@Reggie Maggard Just do a one time group showing Wednesday from 1 to 4 pm for example people who are serious will show up. Whoever doesn’t, doesnt. Have applications at hand at the property and get their email to send applications if you have them online. Never do individual showings. To time consuming

@Taylor King I deal with listing agents only and directly. When you contact them they know the reason the seller is selling and more. Also when you get involved they become a mediator for you and the buyer meaning they get both sides of the payment which means they are willing to work hard for you. Just closed on my first house hack didn’t post about it yet but that was my experience. Listing agents only.
Get your credit score up a little bit more, save at least 8k to 15k, then House hack! Best first bite you can take that you can chew. This 96 unit you trying to do for your first deal is to big to chew. You got the right mindset though!!

Lets Goo!!

I suggest start by Paying yourself rent! Wherever you were living prior cost you money every month. Now that you got help with the Mortgage from your tenants pay yourself the amount you paid for rent prior for your next deal!!! Congrats on taking action!

@Kevin Pfeiffer You either win or you learn! Never fail.

Hello Everyone I currently am in contract for a 3 unit house hack one single fam with 2 units and a house in the back of the property. I just want to know if anyone has had any experience with regions bank when it comes to mortgages and how did they hold up with keeping their word or just doing their job. Also has anyone ever dealt with a Blanket mortgage since that's what I might have to do putting two separate properties under one loan? any advice is appreciated big or small! thanks !

How did this workout for you? I'm in contract with two single family homes that may need a blanket mortgage, want to know if this is a good idea or not?

You either Win or Learn! Never Fail.
