Post: How to Structure Transactional Funding

Hello

This may seem to be an insecure question but I must ask: How do I properly structure a transactional funded deal?

I plan to use transactional funding for my next few deals but how should I be sure my end buyer doesn't go around me to purchase them? I have found a few MLS and foreclosure properties. I'd like to be upfront about the source of my leads or is that not necessary? Of course they could find out after doing their due diligence... Nonetheless, how would I make this attractive for my end buyer? I've never used transactional funding as it is a must, my credit is being disputed and I am low on funds.

Thanks for your time, input and help.

Hello

I am on the hunt for investor friendly real estate attorneys. Especially if they are open to working on unconventional methods of real estate transactions.

Thanks for your help.

Hello

I am working with a Realtor and she sent me a property that is being listed for 198K and the return value is $350K there is about 50K in rehab. Would this be a decent investment? I am looking to work wholesale, lease option and turn key deals, would this be suitable for one of the 3? Nonetheless is there any meat on this bone? Thank you :)

Shawn Yesner Hey, I'm a new investor here in the Tampa Bay Area and I'm looking for an attorney who could review my contracts before I start using them. I am interested in doing your typical turn-key investing and lease option type deals. Would you be able to help me with this? I see you're very familiar with these types of deals... Thanks!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). You can also get referrals for an attorney.

Good Luck

Paul

 You're right, thanks Paul!

I'm looking for a real estate attorney in the Tampa Bay Area to review my contracts before I start using them. Any suggestions? Or can I take them to a title office for the same purpose? I'm a newbie, thanks.
