@George W. Good to know. Most of the forums, articles and podcasts promoted thru this site endorse Craigslist list as a way to develop leads, which is why I was exploring. I am a new investor.

@Zev J. Thanks - should have clarified. I'm inquiring as an investor. How has your experience been working through wholesalers? What's your avg conversion or transaction rate in developing leads through wholesalers, if you don't mind me asking?

What are some of the best resources and / or strategies you've leveraged to find off market deals for SFH homes?

Have been browsing Craigslist, but haven't seen much in my local market - at least not recently.

Hi BP community --

New investor here with two immediate goals: establish my network and consume as much knowledge as possible before I make the official leap with my first property.

When it comes to finding properties worth pursuing, what strategies do you find to be the most successful for doing so? More specifically, how often do you work with real estate agents and do you tend to use the same one(s), particularly within the same market, or is it more case-by case?

Thanks in advance for the guidance.
