Thanks for bringing the online membership to my attention. I checked out the MNREI and the online is $50 and $30 at the door. But I'm going to sign up for the online real soon. Starting a meetup in Duluth/Northland area would be a great idea.

Hello Everyone

I want to learn more from actual people. Does anybody from Minnesota know about any Real Estate Meet ups. I know about the weekly REI meetings in the twin cities. With my work schedule and living 2 hours away I can't make them. I live in Duluth, Mn and need something closer or on the weekends.

I am new to the Real Estate World. I have not yet started up my business. I've decided I'm going to start with Wholesalling and grow from there towards other Real Estae niches. Besides reading a new blog, article, or book, I am still a bit lost on how to start up a Wholesalling business.
