I aware of how the wholesaling process work but can someone explain to me how the process ( paperwork) goes when it comes to wholesaling pre foreclosures

I found this house and now I’m trying to find the arv . I want to have these numbers correct before I contact the owner, the problem I’m having is that I looked up the property and it doesn’t say how many bedrooms of baths it is , it just gives the sq footage. Where should I go from here

I know this question is 3 years old but I been running into this problem today . I found 3 properties ow Ed by Llc’s 

I came up on a couple of boarded up properties and they are all owned by Llc’s, they are not owned by the same Llc but different ones. Can anyone give me a little more information on why people stay away from Llc owned properties and if there is anyone out there who flipped one can you help me please

Does anyone know any good real estate investment books or courses I can start off with. I got a lot of wholesaling information from YouTube but I need to know about investing with little to no money , commercial properties, financing etc..
