i would like to know if anyone willing to work with me in getting a foreclosure property.  I do not know the step by step of how to get one.  I am a realtor and i have an investor.

It could be only me with this opinion but first investment should be done locally.  However, responding to your question, yes, its crazy over here. anywhere north Dallas.  Stop the searching, just aim and shoot.  I am a Realtor and Investor.

Thank you. I dont have any properties yet. I am just asking question so that I could plan. I've heard 4 properties to 10 properties from a bank but that still begs a question of DTI. So I wanted to find out if there's any portfolio lenders that doesnt limit here in Dallas.

how can one go about buying a second home, third home, and so on.  typical banks only allow up to 10 properties.  how can one be ready and quality in order to purchase 11th, and 20th home.

thanks
