how to buy a foreclosure property

i would like to know if anyone willing to work with me in getting a foreclosure property.  I do not know the step by step of how to get one.  I am a realtor and i have an investor.

Xhome, hubbub, etc. You can google them up. More likely the REO will be on the local mls these days, since there are so many less than in the past.
