So I'm trying to pull as much money as I can out of my IRA penalty free..in order to do that I have to live in the home I'm buying with it. So that's why I was thinking condo, but maybe a duplex would be a better idea to start.

-Almost ready to buy my first home/ investment. I never hear anything about buying/renting out/selling condos. Are they a horrible investment? Does anyone have any experience with condos? Please and thank you
