Any referral for a hard money loan out in Ohio

I have some great hard money lenders in the Ohio area that both me and my other clients have used! They provide the best terms (i've shopped around for over 100+ lenders)! Happy to connect and refer you over to them!

Lots of great HMLs to connect with depending on what your needs are. I would recommend using a connected broker who can shop terms for you

What does that even mean?

Corporate housing dealing with insurance claims is when some files a insurance claim do to a fire or flood … etc  and they stay at your house instead of a hotel so they can still have a house instead hotel to be more comfortable

You mean at the house you live in and they get a room ?

No I’m not sure what took you down that road but just as stated they would stay at a property you own that’s for rent maybe that explains it better

So my appraiser came and did my appraisal but from the jump he was letting me know we are not cool he didn’t like i did accent walls, he didn’t like i had a mini split in each room he said i should just get a furnace. He told me he was going to not comp my house for my area but the city i stay in so many words. I just stop talking and just followed and spoke when spoken to

And he low balled me

Mind you i have a new kitchen new bathroom room all new plumbing and electrical i gutted this house to the studs and my house is almost $40k lower if sold at this price cheaper then lowest house over here that sold

Address?  I will tell you in 20 seconds what it worth

I just connected so can send you address
