Hi There!

I'm looking to buy my first investment property (actually my first home in general) and I've narrowed my search down to a few cities, Milwaukee being one of the top ones! I'd like to invest in properties, rehab them, and rent them within the city.

I've read a few books about real estate investing and I'm hungry to learn more. I was wondering if anyone could point me into some possible Facebook Groups or webinars where I could learn more about the market, investing, and maybe meet some friends!

Also, as this is my first home, are there any hacks that people know about?

Very new investor and looking to buy my first home! I am interested in the BRRR method and Louisville seems like a good spot. Can anyone recommend any investment groups where I can learn more?
