hello, I am 22 yrs old just got my real estate lic. In July. I haven't started working for any type of broker yet, I want to begin wholesaling properties so I can start embarking on my entrepreneurship. So question is where do I begin ? Where do I go to find an investor to work with ? I want to start but don't know where to start
