Hey Bigger Pockets family I'm Daniel Phillips living just outside the New Orleans area. If I can say one word that's true about myself and real estate investing that would be Passion. Can't get enough of it. Have years of electrical experience (not licensed) and the past 5 years I've been in the oil and gas industry working full time. Fix n flips/ fix n holds would be a goal of mine because that's basically one of my hobbys why not get paid for it. Glad to be part of the family.
