Great suggestion by Zachary here as DSCR loans are underwritten on the properties actual or projected income instead of your income which means no need to show W2s.

In regards to the $200k saved up, just in case you're unaware of what Zach meant by seasoning, for most DSCR lenders they will want to look to see where the $200k came from if it hasn't been sitting in your bank for more than 60 days. With that said how long have you had the $200k and where did is source from?

 What is "unique" about the property according to the lender?  Is it a log home? Geodesic dome etc?  That will help get your question answered. 

 Need more details as Jay mentioned. @Feras Majeed do you have a picture or description of the property?

As Brayden mentioned, would be tough to refinance if this is a primary home. If it's an investment property DSCR would be the go to route here.

If it's an investment property do you operate it as a Long Term Rental or Short Term Rental?
