Hello everyone.

I am an overseas investor looking for a Property management company in Dayton.

I will really appreciate any referrals that have these characteristics:

It should be a company that you have worked with at least 3 years.

It should be located in the Dayton Area

It should be a company willing to build a long term relationship with its clients. We are starting small in order to learn the market, and hopefully increase our portfolio exponentially within the next 2 years.

It should be a PM that works with protocols - i.e. I have been in the real estate business for like 15 years, and have a little bit of experience in property managment myself.

If you know a PM like this, PLEASE, refer it to me.

About the amount, YOU ARE ALSO RIGHT, but thats the way to start and know the place without risking so much.

If you have any suggestion in Ohio - Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland, I will aprecciate it.

Good morning BP members. Wanted to ask:

1) Which are the b-/C Neighborhoods in Great Dayton

2) Where can I find those DATA by neighborhoods in Dayton or other cities?

I will really aprecciate to receiven some names of specific sources, and not just google (from my point of wiev google could be very confusing)

Thank you in advance!

Dear BP experts, I am focusing in analizing Dayton. I see that the people who lives and invest there, have a very good impression of the city, but for someone who is out of state, it is very important the DATA. So, wanted to ask, how can I get data for:

1) Employment: Unnemployment rate,  jobs vacancy, types of jobs, companies which are there, etc

2) Housing vacancy

I will really aprecciate for concrete information and/or sources (not just googling)

Thank you and best regards!!!
