Hey @Daniel Gugliotti What's your price point/target down payment and are you looking for turn-key properties or fixer uppers?

Ideally, I would do a BRRR, but not opposed to turnkey. If I were to leverage a HELOC for a BRRR, my DP target is around $100K for the right deal. However, I'd be open to partnering with folks on turnkey properties.
