Wanted to get some insight on some folks experiences dealing with PRHA and how well they work with landlords in the area. Looking to purchase a mulit-family property in the next couple of months and I'm looking to rent it out to Section 8. Hey, I'm in the market to purchase a multi-family property for section 8 in the Portsmouth, VA area and I'm looking for a website (or tool) that can show me what types of properties rent out the fastest (1br/1bth, 2br/1bth, 3br/2bth, etc.). Any direction to get some information will be appreciated.
