Post: Pueblo, CO-Short Term or Long Term?

Would love to check in and see if you ended up moving forward with the Airbnb or long term rental in Pueblo West, Eric. I am looking at a few properties in Colorado Springs and Manitou area but came across something in Pueblo West (new to the Pueblo market) that I would like to do the BRRRR method on. Would love to hear how things have changed in the last 3 years and to see if Airbnb is a viable option or if I should go straight to long term.

Looking forward to it!  Can I bring a friend along?

Hello,

I am under contract for a property in the Temple University/ 19121 zip area of Philadelphia and I am looking for a property manager that does not strictly handle university students/rentals so as to not limit my tenant pool.  Does anyone have any recommendations of a PM that fits the bill?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am looking for a lender that can do a loan in Philadelphia. The lender I was using changed companies and no longer licensed in Pennsylvania. Any leads would be great.

Hello everyone, my name is Danielle and I am born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA. I graduated with a degree in Communication Studies from Cal State Long Beach. Once I graduated, I started selling residential Real Estate for two years then decided to switch to Commercial Property Management when the opportunity came along. Now I am a Project Manager for DJM Capital Partners. DJM Capital Partners is a private equity investment, development and asset management service company within the commercial real estate sector.

I came across bigger pockets through a friend who is using his new-found knowledge to buy and hold in the Philly area. I now hope to use my knowledge/background in Property/Project Management and Residential Real Estate to help me start buying and holding investment properties. This has been a dream of mine since I was 8 years old; I have always dreamed of flipping properties and to fix and hold properties, but have been too scared to start. I am still a bit scared to buy a property that needs a lot of work, but my current goal is to buy something that is in decent enough shape to rent as-is, but could use work to add value down the line. I am looking to buy out of state since the market I live in is too expensive for my budget; I am looking to start investing in the Philly areas since my boyfriend and his friend know the area very well and can help me get started. Our current focus is on finding a multi family property in the Fishtown/Kensington/Port Richmond, University City, Germantown/Mount Airy, and Clifton Heights/Drexel Hill/Upper Darby using the analysis methods taught by Bigger Pockets, and using it as a gateway into more properties in the future. I am excited to get started and to be a member of the BP community, and hope to gain the knowledge and advice I need to better my financial future!

Hello @Joe Cusick, I know this post was a long time ago, but does your wife still happen to do Real Estate in the Bethlehem area? I am looking to invest in a few multi-family units and would love to see if her and I could potentially work together in the near future.
