I am new to investing and wholesaling and am looking for a PML or someone to JV with me. I'm just wanting to learn as much as I can and we both can make money in the process.
I know some of you have been in this business for quite some time and I feel like I could learn a lot by working a deal with someone, and then we could continue to work together and make money together.
Feel free to message me

Hello, Newbie here.
Just wanting to introduce myself and connect. I'm wanting to get into real estate and learn as much as I can. I'm a dedicated, hard worker and team player and would love to join a team where I could learn and be able to grow. I'm hesitant about getting a real estate license cause so many tell me that route is extremely tough and most real estate agents quit within the first year.
I know we've all heard about wholesaling and how it can make you money and help get things started when you have little to no capital, so ideally I would like to learn to wholesale to start out then flipping and buy and hold etc. I would be willing to work as someones VA or anything really just to get my foot in the door and learn as much as I can. If anyone knows of anything that could be helpful I would really appreciate it, Thank You!
Hi! Thank you for your response! Yes, I've been trying to network and make connections in my area, I've talked to a couple of friendly agents in the area who have given some good advice. I just need to put myself out there more, this is all new to me. But yes I am willing to put in the hard work and definitely want to give value to anyone willing to partner or team up with me on a deal 100%. I want to contribute and deliver value where I can, I just want to get my foot in the door. I've been debating on getting my real estate license but I get such different advice from everyone. I just want to be able to provide a good life for my children.
Hello, my name is Dee.
I've been doing a ton of research on REI and wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold, etc. I'm wanting to get started in REI but my funding is little to non existent. I'm a mom of 3, I'm on dialysis and I just need to try to help my family get ahead in life and I know RE would help in such a huge way. I'm looking for a PML who would be willing to help me get into my first deal and just kind of show me the ropes. I'm willing to give a fair split on whatever profit is earned I'm just wanting to learn as much as possible. I appreciate any and all advice or guidance, Thank You!
