Post: Assistant for Real Estate Investors

Hello, I'm basically just trying to feel the waters out a bit.

We are planning (hoping) for my wife to leave her corporate job in January.  Currently, she's helping a real estate investor friend part time. He's a one man show who's been too busy doing deals to organize his business.

My wife was a realtor for a bit, spent some time running a small real estate office. She works in commercial property management and has also spent some time doing real estate contract reviews.

I'm bias, but she's amazing. Anyone else she's worked for will agree. She's quick, extremely organized and detail oriented.

All that lead up to say, is there a market for a part time 1099 assistant for independent real estate investors? Our ideal scenario would be to find a few people for her to work for.  In a short period, she's already systematized my friends business and freed up his time enough to scale much larger.

I know she's a benefit, but is there a market?

Just posing the question out there to have some realistic expectations. Thanks for listening!

Hello,

I live in the twin cities area of Minnesota.  I've been a member on here for a few weeks and have listened to a number of podcasts so far.  I'm trying to build my knowledge base for when I'm ready to start investing into Real Estate.

I'm a father of 3 and a self employed financial advisor for 8+ years.  My business is comfortably successful, as in I don't have to work extremely hard to pay my bills.  I'm focusing on paying off some debt over the next year or so and once that's gone I'm hoping to start buying and flipping, or buying rentals.  Not fully sure.  That's why I'm here.

Looking to build my knowledge base and my network in the meantime so when the time comes, my wife and I are educated and ready to diversify the income!   Any guidance is appreciated!
