Hello Abilene..... I'm a newbie investor with one rent house in original town north of abilene, I noticed plans of a big hotel and outdoor Amphitheater going next to the civic center in the near future also a rezoning of industrial to commercial downtown, Anyone have any other info or input how the properties around area will do...?

I'm new to the world of real estate investments my self, i have my first property in the abilene area. I started with the free course wow did it open my eyes.....looking to expand as quickly as possible and would love to meet up with the other investors in my area.......also if anyone in my area needs professional advice with termites im a 6 year vet in the pest control business ......thx Daniel

newbie question what is the law or procedure for getting into a property to check on ac filters do pest control or any other service needed? Do i have to give a notice if so how long and should i post it on door or email .....?

hi....Im Daniel getting started in real estate because i out grew my old house,i was lucky enough to be in the perfect position to keep the house to rent it out.....I might have already made a big mistake by letting a friend rent it with no paper work but he's doing the work for me to get it up to code.....what's my next step...?

its a 3br 2 bath crawl space ....sounds like somthing i can do.....any suggestions or website that could be useful ? And thx for the advice 

Its an old home in a old area,houses in the area go for 30 to 60 k ....i have plumbing and electrical problems that have estimated around 10k .....i have a tenant in the home as is no papper work for 300$ monthly ....(friend)

I have a rental property that i owe 11k on but house is only worth 35k need to do about 10k of work to it.....payment is 200 a month....should i fix and rent or fix to sell......
