Currently looking for CPA recommendations that handle tax preparation and advising.
Requirements include:
-Knowledge and experience with real estate investing (specifically real estate syndications)
-Investing with self-directed retirement accounts, UBIT, and UDFI
-Working as a real estate professional

Currently, I'm looking to establish relationships with some lenders in Oklahoma. Specifically in Tulsa and also the Norman area.
I have an upcoming refi as well as an initial purchase, both single family homes, in Tulsa. Any suggestions for local lenders would be greatly appreciated.
