@Fred Joaquin hi there Joaquin I saw your message I wanted to ask you if you know if the same laws apply here in Los Angeles as to any other place or it changes” ?

@Mike Lambert

Thank you so much for your detailed explanation and your experience in real estate in Mexico, yes that’s what I heard that they can finance 50% or 30% but you have to make the first three payments for the first three months and then your loan would be approved , but this option was just approved there In puerto Vallarta I believe this year, I’ve also heard about investing through developer which I’m also interested but I need to learn more of it” and find investors with good reputation in the area but yea my goal was to do short term rental Airbnb on a condo and start from there since puerto Vallarta is a destination that I’m interested in”

@Carlos Cristiani hey there I was actually planning a trip to puerto Vallarta to see if I can buy and invest over there do you know anything about the market over there, can a condo give good cash flow or an Airbnb??? Do you own property over there???

@Ali Boone thank you so much for your opinion yes I respect that I will be very careful on my choice thank you for helping me reasure, do you invest out of state or there’s is good cash flow on properties where you live??

@Matthew Forrest yes I will keep looking maybe I’ll try to buy a triplex or fourplex and see if I get cash flow there””

@Taylor L. Yes I know it’s hard here that’s why I wanted to see if there was a different way I can do this but thanx I might have to look out of state”

@Craig Curelop sounds good Craig thanx for sharing your point of view yes here in Los Angeles it’s hard to make something out of 100 but yes I will buy the book and see if that’s a better route to buy out of state” do you currently own out of state??

@Lee Ripma thank you so much for sharing it was very helpful it gives me more of an ideas of where I should lean towards, I will take that into consideration”

@Will Barnard hello there will yes I want to do an assignment then flip it to an investor and making a profit in between’” that’s why I wanted to see what kind of office can take care of a transaction like this it’s my first deal”

@Lee Ripma thanx for your response yea what I mean to say it’s what’s the best investment I can do with this money, what I mean it’s that this is not a lot of money here in Los Angeles so I want to do the best investment for my money and wanted to see if anyone have some ideas??
