Thanks for your honest post and everyone's insights. I'm in the same point which I think is analysis paralysis and anxious to get started but I have the same goals as you which is passive income long term. I've settled on multi-family as my main strategy and looking to invest out of state cuz California is too rich for the time being. Off all this thread but anxious to hear how you do and good luck out there.
