@Taylor Hupfeld yeah I understand that. My point was just learn to do it so you can find your own off market deals you know? My whole goal isn’t to do this forever either I’m just doing it for the time being so I can gain the capital/knowledge and experience in the game, that I need to get into investing into rental properties.

Personally I’ve only used batchleads and that has workout out really good for me! And list source does get pretty pricey for skip tracing and pulling lists, I use propstream now which has been great for me, and is simple to use too. I have no experience with twilio but I’ve heard good things about it.

If you are open to learning to wholesale that can open up a lot of doors for you because you can find your own off market deals. Which in turn will also save you a lot money but.. you're also having to spend time to find the off market deals.

i used prop stream to pull my lists and whatever criteria im looking for. I batchleads to send out texts to the lists I pull and market to them, you can contact a lot more people in a short amount of time. plus with texting you dont have to call people who aren't interested.

looking to connect with like minded individuals and meet other investors, please reach out if you're interested!

Hi all! I have been struggling to wholesale in the California market, I started 4-5 months ago and have yet to get a deal. I had a few good leads fall through but im still continuing to follow up. Im staring to feel like i need to find an different state to hit, at the moment I am using batchleads for my sms campaign, propstream to pull absentee owner unoccupied lists with at least 40% equity. I have everything i need to get deals and find these off market properties just haven't had any luck yet. ANY suggestions are welcome, Thanks!!! Also how do you all find the markets you want to target?
