We specialize in this. Reaching out now!

Hi all

I am working on a deal right now to purchase 14 fourplexes in New Orleans. Cheapest insurance quote we've gotten is $6,250 per fourplex and that's killing the debt service coverage ratio. Anyone know of any insurance companies in New Orleans that are pricing cheaper right now? Thanks!

Hi Ana

I agree with the previous post. We are out of New York but look at deals nationwide. I'd love to connect!
