Post: Cash out Refi Question on primary

I have a home valued at 850k with no loan on the home. Am I able to cash out refi for 75% or 80% LTV? My usual guy I use said he couldn't do above 417k cash out due to his lenders. If so this is just a jumbo loan correct?
Any recommendations on where to go would be great too to get this done...?

Where do you find deals for apartment complex? Loop net only goes so far and was wondering where you guys look for deals.
Do you work with local agents or find online?

@Matt Gragg This was just my guesstimate and what they had told me was 6 months but I was over inflating for my own mental process.
Things that need to be done (major)
-Add 1200 sq ft in rear of house and connect upstairs to down stairs.
-Get rid of fire place in middle of home
-Sewer system replaced because of back ups
-Build out front deck
-Strip to studs and rebuilt entire design of home 3200 sq ft
-Redo garage in back and add rooftop
These are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head. Its basically rebuilding the entire home without tearing down.

I have a personal home that my family and I will be moving into within the next few years. The home will need some extensive work and I will have probably half of the total cost to flip the home to what my family and I want. The flip will take 10-12 months according to my architect/contractor.
My question is what kind of loan would work good for my situation to cover the other half of the flip cost? What do terms typically look like? Thanks for the help!

@Avi Garg I don't see anything on google? The deals just seem amazing. I just don't understand how anyone can make money off them other than the buyer.
