I recently moved to Monterey, CA from SoCal area and looking for a local REI Meetup. Any recommendations?

@Com M. Hi Con, yea looking back at the post I was a little vague in the question, I should have asked in more detail. REI sounds good but I'm currently overseas right now, but for sure in February.

Started out with 1 single family home in Temecula, CA and 2 Knoxville, TN. Looking to branch out this year to other areas and look for small affordable duplex/Triplex and apartment complex. Any recommendations?

@Victor Jernigan Awesome thank you so much for the recommendation. I currently have properties in Knoxville where my property manager is not proactive on giving timely information on things that were fixed until I get the monthly check showing deductions. Plus arrival dates for checks are never on time to the point you have to call and see when the check is arriving.
