spoke to a NASB rep, but was told they don't lend in NY State. I would have gone forward with them. The other major lender requires 60 percent down and 15 percent reserves. My only other option is to use a bridge loan or private lender.

looking to see if anyone can point me in the right direction of a lender who will do a nonrecourse in NY State for a SDIRA. Would like to put 35 percent down or less. A private lender would be fine too.

looking to see if any members have any experience working with this group? They provide funding for purchases direct and indirect. I'm looking to use them to make a purchase with my SDIRA. Any feedback is appreciated.
