What is an investor-friendly Real Estate brokerage in the Houston market?

I have my license with eXp but want to move somewhere with more live interaction.

I'm looking for an affordable RE photographer in Northern NJ (Wayne, Paterson area). Please recommend someone you've used and had a good experience with.

Single-family FSBO.

@Don Spafford

Any luck getting help with this?

Maybe privately?

I wanna use them also but don’t want to lose the $3000 origination fee if they’re not legit.

@Gary Abner

If I lowered the price by 25% there would definitely be a line down the street. That’s unrealistically low.

@Larry S.

It’s in between the Zillow and Redfin estimate. I’m definitely expecting to negotiate. There’s not a lot for sale in that neighborhood and it’s very soggy after.

There’s a house 3 doors down that’s newer but they’re asking $819k.

I have 1 more bedroom and a larger better lot.

@Gary Abner

I’m looking for 8-10%. It would be a $5000/month payment.

That may be why I’m not a ton of interest. I’m getting some though.

I also live out of state so it’s been tough getting someone out to do minor things.

@Brian Briscoe

I would rather collect payments long term then take the lump sum.
