I am just getting started and I am interested in looking for closing contracts, specifically for land. What due diligence do I need to do and what types of forms would I need? I know typically a purchase agreement is needed, is there anything else I may need to close on a land deal.  Thanks much.

Hey Guys, I’m Dan and I’m new to the Bigger Pockets forums. I have some real investing experience but I’m looking to educate myself more. Can please anyone explain to me what wholesaling is and how that relates to investing? I’ve heard people talk about wholesaling and lists, what are they and how can they be used.
