@JD Martin You hit the nail on the head thank you. I was starting to wonder if I said anything wrong. Like I said in a reply to someone else I see alot of people jump in the forums and say I have X amount of dollar what should I do with it? That's the crowd I was trying to reach

Hey Bill I call what your talking about goin zero dark 30. I listened to Cal Newport when he was guest on the biggerpockets podcast and it he spoke a lot about focus and going into deep work. needless to say I disabled my Facebook for a while and focused intensively on REI. The results are mind blowing well imo anyways

@Jonathan Hart hustle is very important some are born with it some aren't. I like to study and learn . some are talented as you and can learn on the fly I wish I had that talent lol. You had to have had some knowledge though as you hustled real hard to get where you are at in Real Estate Investing.

@Danielle Wolter I have a full time job as well so I understand that frustration.

@Frank Wong Yes I agree you would need all 3 to take it to the next level. I will achieve all 3 in due as look to grow my business and expand.

@Mike Dymski That's the route I kind of took read personal growth books when I was feeling down or feel like giving up
