Hello BP, i read somewhere that you can enjoy low interest costs and flexibility by combining both term loans and overdraft. Sadly, my brain can't get the reason behind it.

Any one here in BP know the reason or had used it by themselves?

Hello BP, another obvious & dumb question that i cannot came up with the answer at the moment.

If i want to know about using a "Trust" & "LLC" for property investment who do i seek?

Do i need to hire 3 different CPA because one for the Trust's Beneficiary LLC, One for the holding LLC and one for the Operating LLC?

Does a CPA or a lawyer know more on how to properly structure these entities?

Hello BP, i been thinking because i will do a syndicate deal meaning using other investor money with none of my own and since i will repaid them back their principal & more in the form of refinance, is it possible for me to do the BRRRR because i'm actually using the refinance debt free cash to repaid my investor & of course myself?

That would mean that i cannot purchase more property and even if i can just by paying back only the investor principal, do you think it is a great ideas that the LLC keep on buying more properties using the BRRRR while the investors just sit around?

Hello BP, while i'm looking through different online offers to get a better pictures of the multifamily investment, i notice in my area there is a lot of 2-2 & 3-2 bedroom bathroom units.

For now, my plan is to invest in 2-1 unit only to young & old couple (for the sake of argument), what can i do with the extra said bedroom &/or bathroom? Do i remove or renovate the room?
