It's not a bad idea to at least give a call. I had many new investors come to me over the years and instead of paying my fee to coach them, they volunteered to work for free so they could learn the business. What I can recommend is funding some of the top investors in your area who do things properly and offer to assist them in return of learning the ropes. Hope this helps. All the best

Besides leases you really want to review the landlord tenant code in each state you have rentals. This can be the killer to any investor if not followed properly. Best of luck.

I have many years of experience but recently been beat up when sending out letters to trusts and estates. I'm not very happy with the letter and would love to see some examples of letters that work and don't seem so cold to the family of lost loved ones. Thank you
