Thank you Joey! Due to my traveling work schedule self managing would be difficult and almost impossible so unfortunately I think I have to hire out. Do you feel the Disney/marvel themed homes do best given the proximity to the parks? Do you find occupancy rates are high year round?

Hi all, first post on here! I am looking to purchase a vacation rental in the Kissimmee, Davenport area of Orlando.

I have two questions to anyone who knows the market there. Is that Disney area air bnb market over saturated and too competitive? 

Also does anyone recommend a really good property manager in that area that has reasonable rates and pricing?
