Evening all,

Does anyone have a contact at KCDC to help resolve "issue" houses?  Police have been called several times and the situation is getting out of hand.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, the property is now in our possession and we are getting ready to move onto the rehab portion of this transaction.  Neighbors are already thanking us of cleaning up the exterior of the house.  Thanks to all who have helped with their insight into this particular deal.  I will be following up with more details as we move forward.
