Hello everyone! I'm Darius and I just started educating myself more on real estate investing. I'm curious especially with REI from Tucson, AZ, how and what are your considerations when investing in MFR for long-term rental property. Also. I'm planning to house hack my first MFR property on the first year with VA loan.
