Can you recommend someone in NE Ohio for apartment complex financing in the range up to $5 million?

Let me ask you the same thing. If somebody told you 'in my experience most landlords are looking how to make money off a tenant as opposed to how they can save the tenant money. How are you adressing this issue? Also, while charging high rents might make sense in the short run it is no way to keep your tenants happy. You can ask the same question to any employee or any contractor in any line of work. Ask an accountant or a cop or anyone else how are they addressing the issue that they might be looking to make money off their employer instead of being concerned with saving that employer money.
