I am trying to determine what the best online payment system is because I currently use Tenant Cloud the ACH payment takes 5-7 business day to clear. So, I am looking for a better system (Zelle, Venmo, etc...). What are people using out there?

Hey @Douglas Snook, we have a signed 6 months lease that ends June 1st but a last month's rent was not collected at the time the lease was signed (My mistake). The tenant was not giving an official 30 days notice but there is written proof (text) between us that he will move out by June 1st. My issue here is less about him actually moving out by June 1st and more on getting paid the last month rent (May). Let's connect offline to discuss more, send me your contact!

We have a signed 6 months lease that ends on Junes 1st but last month rent was not collected when the lease was signed. So, the tenant has decided not to pay the last rent and therefore, I'd like to serve them a court notice. This is an URGENT matter so please advise me on what I should do and what my options are.
