Hello all!! I am interested in sandwich leasing properties in the Atlanta area.

What is sandwich leasing? When an owner leases a property to someone and allows them to rent out the property. the benefit of this is that the original owner will be compensated at a higher rate and have additional cash flow.  

I have 4 Airbnb properties in the Atlanta area and several tiny homes that are wildly profitability. I want to scale my Airbnb portfolio. I have located a piece of property that is adjacent to one of GA most popular wineries. My partners and I are almost finished with the buisness plan to present to interested individuals. My goal is to build several tiny homes on this lot and rent them out.

@Robert E Bogino I plan on creating the first tiny house hotel / community in the Atlanta area. That are all short term rentals. Tiny house number 2 will be completed in 1 month. My ideal number Ian to have 5 on the property all generating at least 2k. It's an awesome idea . In addition I'm inside the perimeter and 8 minutes from downtown and the airport.
