I’m struggling to find meet ups and networking groups in my local area. I’ve google searched, asked my real estate agent, and poked around on the bigger pockets website. Any suggestions on how to make connections in my local area?
I’m an insurance agent by trade. I’m willing to trade insurance tips for insights!

Mike, where did you go to do your research? I’m looking at properties closer to home, but I’m having difficulty determining whether my local geography is a good place to have a rental property. I’ve been poking around on city-data.com as one resource.
