hello all, my name is Daryl Williams. I am a realtor based in Spartanburg SC. I am originally from the caribbean island of Dominica (not the Dominican Republic ). I have worked in construction for a number of years and is currently looking to get in to wholesaling and possibly flipping. Real estatr has been my passion since childhood as i can remember watching the tv show "Americas Castles" and just being in complete awe of the architecture and design and even more fascinated with the contractors who turned these drawings in to real, tangible structures. I held a home inspector license in the state until about 2 weeks ago (don't know if i want to renew just yet ). I am also HVAC certified and most of all i have a willingness to learn and learn and learn.  I came here looking for advice and so far i am very impressed. So here's to everyone who share knowledge and help others. Hopefully i can be of some help to someone one day.

Hello, i am a realtor with KW in Spartanburg SC looking to network with investors between spartanburg and greenville. I also want to get into wholesaling and flipping so i am really glad i found this site. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
