I just wanted to double check to make sure I understand correctly because the numbers are pretty close other then I needed up put more of my own money in leassons learned lol but you are saying to use the 90k note as collateral towards your next property

I'm looking at doing my first owner finance deal in Greenville SC that I have paid for with cash but Im learning that having all my cash in one spot not the best idea so I wanted to see about refinancing the house after I have a buyer. my question is can I do that without any issues and if so any recommendations or ideas how to set it up as far as land contract, rent to own, lease option? hope you guys can help thanks if you have other questions feel free

    I have 2 properties  that can be flipped and they fit the 70% rule but I sadly have all my cashed tied up in another property so I don't have any money to put down towards the down payment towards getting a hard money loan.

    Not sure what to do hope you guys can help
