Thanks for all the replies. The property is in Hawaii. The house has a high bid of under $400k and there are 2 other houses for sale on the street for $549k and $599k. It's bank owned.

If i'm the high bidder in a foreclosure auction, but don't have financing already set up, how do I buy this house I know I can get $100k to $150k under ARV? Does anyone know an investor on the Big Island?

It's not listed by an agent. It's listed on the MLS through owners.com. Does that change my approach?

How do I even begin to make an offer on a bank owned foreclosure? Do I need to go through a realtor? Contact the bank directly? Or what? It is listed in the MLS.

Should I just tell my real estate agent about this? Or do I try knocking on the door? (There is a car parked there every day)
