Hello. I am interested in a spreadsheet that can do sensitivity analysis based on changing cap rates and rents. Doesn't have to be fancy, just want to plug in how the market value of a property can change at various cap rates, change in rents and occupancy. Any ideas or resources would be great. Thx!
