I have several rentals in Cincinnati. 

I use http://www.nreinsurance.com

They insure nationwide, and have excellent online and personal customer service. It's very easy to add, delete, or change the status of a property.  I have shopped them vs other local companies on several occasions but their rates are always better.

Nice to see you here on BP!  There is a ton of great info on here - I suggest that you sign up for keyword alerts.  I'm set up to get alerts about "Cincinnati", and I got an email with your post!  Small world, let me know if you'd like to talk about anything on here or meet for lunch or something to discuss RE Investing.  My primary focus is to grow this portion of my business.
