Its is really a good opportunity for residential real estate investors. The good think is that unlike foreclosure listings, you don't have hundreds of other investors looking at them. Additionally, if you are a broker as well as an investor, you can list the properties and do a short sale in case there is no equity in the deal. Finally, you can always resell the lead if it is too far from you. Did I mention my competition sells each individual lead for $75-$300?
