Like everywhere I'm sure, appraisals are taking a while. I applied for a HELOC middle of April and just got the appraisal results today. So just plan on 6-8 weeks. If its faster, than you can be pleasantly surprised.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place...A few months ago I had been in contact with a wall street investment firm that was in the position to privately fund buy/hold projects with no money down on my end as long as ARV and LVT was high enough. But as luck would have it, I can't for the life of me locate their info. So I'm reaching out to see if anyone has info on this company or one similar. I know that's very vague, but I don't have much to go on. I lost track of them when I was sorting though a lot of private money leads.

We live in Murrieta CA and are just starting out. I'm looking to buy and hold in areas such as Indiana, Texas and Tenn. I have yet to do my first deal, but have been researching and learning for a couple months now after hearing about real estate investing. I've read Rich Dad, 4-hour workweek, Think and Grow Rich, Extreme Ownership, Profit First, and more trying to learn all I can. I've listened to BP podcasts for a while as well as Morris Invest. Looking for networking, connections and like minded people. I finally took the leap and upgraded to pro so I can get the resources I need to really get going.
