Hello BP,

I am new to the site as well as renting in general.  I am here in search of passive income streams.  I am open to all ideas but currently multifamily seems to be the niche I am most interested in pursuing.  I have a decent amount of start up money but really need the investments to be as passive as possible due to a very time consuming job.  I have been on the site a lot over the past couple of weeks so I thought it was time to introduce myself.  It seems like a great community and I look forward to being a part of it as I embark on my real estate journey.
