@David Flores
Thanks for your response.
Question regarding the second part:
How do you find an areas rental statistics? Is that public information somewhere? Example: how do I find the percent of renters in 43201?

New Investor (well, Wholesaler) here as well. I have a general question about analyzing a market as well. My first question: how do you pick one? I live in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Should I focus on a specific zip code to start or cast an even wider net?
Hey, I'll give that a listen. Thanks.

Thank you for all the help. I ended up getting approved for a DiscoverIt card with a $500 limit.

Hello,
I’m a 21 year old junior at Ohio State. I’m waiting until I land a full time job with consistent income before I purchase my first rental property. I’ve been told that it’s important to start building credit early so that I can get a loan when the time comes. However, there’s so many different credit cards to choose from. My goal is to build credit by spending as little as possible on the card. Does anyone have any suggestions for my first credit card or how I can build credit to purchase a home in a year or two?
