No sorry. My rehab deal fell through so I stopped looking. 

I'm looking to rehab a home in the Snellville area in the South Gwinnett High School district. I need contractors to do carpet, painting, and roofing. If you have any recommendations for trusted vendors please let me know. 

I own two rentals that I've purchased over the past three years. I own them outright. One I manage and one is with a management company. I'm looking to try my hand at flips to try and generate more capital. I'd like to replace my income with real estate but I'm not sure this is what I want to do full time. I've got a real estate agent helping me who is well versed in rentals and used to do flips before the market bombed out.

Also, I'm concerned about another real estate bubble and the long term viability of this as a career.
